Here's the latest ranking battle from KSK's Gamers Vision in Japan.  Good match between Pierre (UR) and KO (MA). Just wanted to point out at 4:48, Pierre does FP fireball xx LP Aegis to keep KO grounded.  It works and the aegis floats toward him while Pierre continues to apply the pressure.  He does a really good trick I've been using a bit lately.

More after the jump...

When you're trying your hardest to mix them up with the Aegis in the corner, you can do a low roundhouse to catch them blocking high.  Pierre walks forward and does an overheard, then low forward, which against mere mortals would probably have hit without a problem.  KO brought his A-game though and blocked it all, so what is Urien to do?  Walk up and low roundhouse to launch, then reset with standing MP.  The reason this works so well is because everybody is used to blocking the overhead and low forward which come out fairly quickly.  The roundhouse is so slow that they get mixed up and block high because they think you're going to overhead again.

Notice also that Pierre has two meters when he starts the setup and after the blocked overhead, blocked low forward, low roundhouse and standing MP to reset, he gains a half meter!  He does LP fireball xx LP Aegis when KO lands, and he gets a few hits in, but it might have been a better idea to do MP Aegis because it would have gone behind KO and he might have been able to overhead and then launch into another combo.

Anyways, food for thought.  If you have anything to add, please feel free to do so in the comments.

Looks like you're sticking to you're word and updating everyday lol.

Cool idea to keep fools like me coming for a reason :D

Btw there's already a new KSK out, it's gone back to singles format, try guess the characters in the finals.
Please play nice. :)
